Add and Configure Multiple Websites

If you’re an agency or manage several websites, these steps will help set you up for success. By configuring a few key settings, you’ll simplify how you administer and moderate multiple accounts. Most of these settings only need to be set once and will streamline comment management as your business grows.
Add a new website
You can add and manage multiple websites directly from your Userpop dashboard, each with its own customized settings to support your specific goals. To connect more than one website, you’ll need to be on the $149/month plan or higher (reach out to support to upgrade).
To add a new website, click the + New Store button on the dashboard home screen, just below the search bar:

You’ll be guided through a setup flow for your new store. Once you’ve configured your widget settings, click Complete to save.

To add additional stores, simply repeat the setup process for each one.
After setting up each new store, copy the unique widget code from that store’s settings and install it into the corresponding website where you want the Userpop widget to appear.
